New landmark building of CBD core area of guangzhou zhujiang new town -- guangfa securities building.Wide hair negotiable securities building, located in the east of the pearl river new town core area, the pearl river park in the west, south of pearl river, the total height of 308 meters, the main building with steel frame + core tube structure, the steel consumption of 17000 tons, will become the pearl river new city area of the highest landmark building.Building of whole space should with era characteristics and international vision, can distinguish somewhat with traditional bank, show the internationalization of modern investment Banks should have tolerance and vigorous innovation climate, and can fully embody the enterprise core values - knowledge hard, devote;Customer first, win-win cooperation.The design company adhered to the concept of people-oriented design, and designed the simple, modern and international office space in combination with architectural design philosophy.
廣州珠江新城CBD核心區的新地標建築——廣發證券大廈。廣發證券大廈位於珠江新城核心區東側,西臨珠江公園,南望珠江,主樓總高度308米,採用鋼框架+核心筒結構體系,鋼結構用量達1.7萬噸,將成為珠江新城東片區最高的地標建築。大廈的整體空間應具有時代特徵和國際化視野,能與傳統銀行有所區分,展現現代投行應有的國際化氣度和朝氣蓬勃的創新氣象,並能充分體現企業核心價值觀--知識圖強,求實奉獻;客戶至上,合作共贏。加設計公司秉持以人為本的設計理念,並結合建築設計理念設計了簡潔,現代,國際化的辦公空間。
廣發證券總部大廈的公共空間設計體現了"高效" ,"專業","開放","愉悅"的精神。整體的視覺感受穩重大氣,立面的木飾面,香檳金不鏽鋼電梯門,暖灰的大理石地面。都體現了扎實而高效的環境。

圓弧的元素從大堂中心展開來,延用核心筒立面的造型元素,弧線形造型的前臺線條十分柔美。暖灰色大理石面牆身,搭配淺色大理石地面,緩解了首層大堂的威嚴冷峻感的同時,氤氳出溫馨的空間效果。
