As an international grade-A office building, Longhai International Office Building is located in the emerging CBD of Weihai, Shandong province. Designed by the Taiwanese architect Yao Renxi, the twin-tower building is simple and grand in structure, making it a landmark in the economic zone. ADDDESIGN is invited to design an office interior space accommodating 2,000 people, creating an international business base in the air for Weihai city. The purpose of this project is to continue the modern architectural style and implement it in all interior spaces. The simple style is extracted from features of efficiency, communication and speed of office space. In achieving the design, space has been the biggest concern of designers, who optimize the original architectural space based on such objective conditions as routes of passenger flow and occupiers’ psychology, so as to satisfy the dual demand of function and aesthetics. Metal, glass and stone are adopted as the main materials, which via the elaborate combination and composition of designers create a working environment meeting the needs of the era and pioneering international business life in air.

山東威海龍海國際甲級寫字樓地處威海新崛起CBD經區,建築為臺灣建築師姚仁喜所設計,並列的雙子塔結構簡潔大氣,成為經區標誌性建築。加設計受邀為其設計一個能夠容納2000人辦公的室內空間,為威海營造一個國際化的空中商務生活基地。將建築的現代主義風格延續並貫徹到所有室內空間是此次项目的設計宗旨。造型簡潔,提煉的是辦公空間效率,溝通和速度的體現。在實現空間設計的過程中,空間是最大的藝術品,設計師從人流動線和使用者心裏感受等客觀條件入手對原建築空間進行優化,以滿足功能和美學的雙重要求。金屬,玻璃和石材成辦公空間材料的主要組成部分。經由設計師的精心搭配與構成,營造出符合時代需求的辦公環境,引領國際級空中商務生活。
