The project expresses the architectural concept of "height" in a direct and simple way which could be understood at the first sight. German architecture designer Daniel libeskind has said that architecture is a language, related to history, and related to the soul, a wonderful story from the heart and soul.The twin towers are subtly decomposed to avoid becoming a boring single body. Although the building is big-sized and solid, the overlapping chunks allow it to show a different face from different angles. Besides, the form also reflects the composition of internal functions. The white concrete panels in the outer surface give the building an elegant and dynamic look. Only a few exquisite details are left in the entire façade to further unify the appearance. The sculptural building presents a unique existence in the city.

該專案簡單直接地呈現了其"高層"的建築理念,讓人第一眼便能了明於心。德國建築設計師丹尼爾·裏伯斯金曾說,建築是一種語言,與歷史相關,與靈魂相關,是一種發自內心,靈魂深處的精彩故事。雙塔形體被微妙的解分,拒絕成為一個無聊的單體,儘管大樓尺度龐大而穩固,但層疊的體塊讓大樓由不同的角度呈現出不同的面貌,此外形體也反映內部功能的組成。外表皮的白色混凝土板讓建築看起來優雅而不失活力,整個立面被減少到僅有的精緻細節,形成更加統一的外觀,雕塑般的建築呈現出了一個獨立於城市之中獨特存在。
