HENGXING Building is situated at the start of Leshan Road, the CBD of Zhanjiang City, and connected with the starting end of Haiwan Bridge. As a grade-A office building with functions of office, business negotiation, meeting, catering and recreation, it has 25 stories with a standard area of 1,900 m2. The lines of the façade are minimal and reserved, while exuding a towering attitude and an elegant quality. The façade is really a modernist architectural work. Designers religiously yearn for paying tribute to and recreating classics. Therefore, they manage to find the connecting point between classics and modern design, and interpret the people-oriented spirit of modern office architecture with minimalism.
恆興大廈踞湛江市CBD樂山路開端,與海灣大橋起始相接。大廈高達25層,標準層面積達到1900㎡。集合了辦公,商務,會議,洽談乃至餐飲,娛樂等一體的甲級寫字樓。恆興大廈建築外立面設計線條凝練,內斂中透出挺拔的姿態與優雅的氣質,是一件標準的現代主義建築設計作品。設計師渴望一個虔誠的心態,緬懷經典,重塑經典,在經典與當代設計之間尋找契合,用極簡風格演繹現代辦公建築的人本主義精神。
藝術表現注重於建築造型的面和體的表現,在材料本身的質感,結構所創造出具有形體感和空間意識表現的技術上,這也是現代主義建築很注重的方向。
