Shaun Lee from ADDDesign delivered a keynote speech on "High-touch Expression in Hotel Space" at the Summit Forum of the Shanghai International Hotel & Commercial Space Expo on March 31. Shaun Lee discussed the high-touch expression in hotel space around three aspects: "Emotional Architecture, Atmosphere Aesthetics and Space Spirit". In the context of experience economy, explored the emotional impact of architecture and environment on customers through experience hotels, perception of space atmosphere, and how to form a space spirit that allows users to have a sense of belonging through design.
