10月15日,位於珠江新城CBD核心區的廣發證券大廈主體結構封頂儀式在項目現場隆重舉行,這標誌著廣州又一金融地標呼之欲出。加設計作為廣發證券大廈的室內設計方和設計顧問方,將在接下來的系列室內裝修階段全面參與工程項目的設計工作。廣發證券大廈定位為超甲級5A智能商務金融大廈,建成後不僅將作為廣發證券新總部大樓,還將打造金融業總部經濟,擴大金融服務半徑,兼具”金融商務中心”和”資訊港”兩大功能特性。隨著大廈主體結構封頂,專案將進入幕牆施工,機電安裝和室內裝修階段,計畫將於2018年內啟用。
